Initial Consultation
Your initial appointment will consist of a consultation and complete dilated eye exam (Blurred Vision 2-3 Hours). The doctor will explain your diagnosis and treatment options and answer any questions you may have. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment and bring the following information with you:
- Your glasses
- A list of medications you are presently taking including eye drops
- Insurance information
IMPORTANT: All patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the consultation visit.
If you are getting a complete exam, your eyes may be dilated which will blur vision for 2-3 hours which will make difficult to see so we advise that you have someone to drive you home.
Your eyes will be dilated, which allows the doctor to get a detailed view of the eye. The dilation and screening process takes 40 minutes, wait time may vary as some patients examinations may be longer. At Precision Cataract Surgery the patients comes first and we try to offer the best service as possible.
